Experts recommend that adults get more than 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity each day.
There are three components to a well-balanced exercise routine: aerobic exercise, strength training, and flexibility training.
Stick to your workout… try alternating workout partners for the extra motivation!
Buddying up can keep you motivated - but after awhile, you become familiar with your partner and it’s easier to back out of workouts.
Unfortunately, if you stop working out your body; your body will eventually stop working for you! By all means, I am not telling you that you’re body will give up and die; never the less, your body as you know and see it today will be totally different tomorrow.
Alternating workout partners often will help hold you accountable and keep you from slacking off.
