Grow IT: Line a window box with a 1″ layer of pebbles. Add organic potting soil to wihin 3″ from the rim of the box. Space plants 4″ apart, then fill in soil around them. Water and place on a sunny sill.

Harvest It: Snip fragrant petal and leaves, and you’re ready to brew! Or save the harvest by drying leaves on a paper towel for a few days.

Steep It: Use a tablespoon of herbs to a cup of boiling water and steep at least five minutes to bring out all the herbal flavors and healing properties. Strain and enjoy!
