Natural Ways to Get Great Skin!

Basic beauty begins with the glow of good health, which shines from within. Your skin often mirrors the health of the whole body.

A radiant clear complexion begins with proper nutrition, efficient digestion and assimilation of nutrients by the body and regular elimination.

Skin problems are a reflection of internal health and are often a reflection of overall body and blood toxicity and/or stomach problems. Almost anything that cleanses the blood or intestines will also show a result on the skin. Skin problems can also be as a result of allergies, hormone imbalances, nutrition or dehydration

Here are some natural ways to uncover great skin:

Uncover young skin with pineapple: Pineapple contains natural enzymes that remove dead cells of the surface of your skin. Just mash canned pineapple with a few spoonfuls of brown sugar, gently massage it into your skin and then rinse off with luke warm water.

Sleep on your back: I know this may not be your favorite or most comfortable sleeping position, but it will help clear up your skin. If you can’t bare to sleep on your back, at least try not to crunch your face into your pillow. Studies have shown that over time, lying on your side can actually crush the skin, causing lasting lines.

Enjoy a fish dinner regularly: The omega-3 fatty acids in oily fish such as salmon, sardines and mackerel help keep skin youthful. Don’t like fish, no problem! Consider an omega-3 supplement.

Drink up: Drink as much fluids as possible each day. Try staying away from sodas, as they do nothing good for your skin. On the other hand, water washes away skin-damaging toxins and keeps you glowing.

Working Out is a Lifestyle Not a Part-Time Habit!

Experts recommend that adults get more than 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity each day.

There are three components to a well-balanced exercise routine: aerobic exercise, strength training, and flexibility training.

Stick to your workout… try alternating workout partners for the extra motivation!

Buddying up can keep you motivated - but after awhile, you become familiar with your partner and it’s easier to back out of workouts.

Unfortunately, if you stop working out your body; your body will eventually stop working for you! By all means, I am not telling you that you’re body will give up and die; never the less, your body as you know and see it today will be totally different tomorrow.

Alternating workout partners often will help hold you accountable and keep you from slacking off.

Didn’t Your Mother Ever Teach You Not to Bite Your Nails?

Munch, munch, munch. Do you bite your nails? Some kids and adults do this, especially when they’re feeling nervous. But it’s neither a healthy habit nor a very attractive one.

Stop biting your nails… with some simple mind control and visualization!

Scientists recently found that nail biters ingest millions more germs - like E. coli! - than non-biters!

So the next time you get the urge to nibble, kick the habit by visualizing the germs you’re putting into your body! If sheer willpower isn’t getting you anywhere, try a special colorless nail polish that makes your nails taste awful. This can help you learn to stop biting them.

Are You Still Living Your Life Paycheck to Paycheck?

Life is full of twists and turns. We can only see and predict so far into our economic future. And there’s no better day than today, to start living on our salaries instead living for them!

You can start a saving habit right now!  All you need is just one dollar bill to begin with!

A survey from the Consumer Federation of America finds that the act of stashing away one dollar can lead to riches!

How you ask? Well that’s a good question, so listen up carefully!

If you put away one dollar today, another a few days from now, and so on, you cement a saving habit.

Put away as little or as much as you can spare (don’t even dare say that you can’t spare one dollar - you and I both know you’re lieing) when you can. Daily, weekly, monthly; as much and as often as you can.

Once you get into the habit of putting away your money, you’ll soon want to put away as much as you can at a time.

In fact, most poeple just like you, who try it end up with $2,000 or more in the first year!
